We want to update you on the ongoing Canada Post strike and its impact on our shipping services.
Canada Post Resumes Service
As of Friday, December 20th, Canada Post has resumed normal operations. We have reinstated Canada Post as our primary courier for the majority of orders.
Shipping Delays Due to Canada Post Strike
Canada Post has been our primary courier, and the strike has unfortunately disrupted shipping timelines. We sincerely apologize for any delays this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.
Our Response: New Reliable Couriers
To minimize the impact during the strike, we secured a new courier service through Chit Chats Select, which currently covers 90% of Canada. For areas not serviced by Chit Chats, we utilized UPS to ensure all regions are covered without impacting your shipping rates.
Orders Already Shipped via Canada Post (Pre-Strike)
If your order was shipped via Canada Post prior to the strike, we regret that we are unable to retrieve or expedite the delivery process. However, we are committed to resolving any issues caused by these delays:
- Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed and no longer needed upon arrival, we can provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the items back to us.
- Full Refund: Once we receive the returned items, we will process a full refund for your order.
