I had super high hopes for these. I followed the video tutorials and application instructions for how to build extensions with the gel but it absolutely does not work. The ends stay incredibly flimsy and i'd only recommend using as an overlay. I emailed support within the 15 days of receipt to get help with troubleshooting and potentially swapping the product to the Builder X but received no response
I've been using this Gel now for months on my clients and ALL have been able to grow their nails and have had amazing retention! It is the perfect consistency and truly does self level. So nice that it is a soak off and doesn't take a millennia to remove!

I’ve gone through many builders trying to find a favourite and this one definitely is IT! The consistency is perfect, so easy to manipulate on the nail bed and it just melts perfectly into place. It provides the strength of a hard gel whilst still being flexible but it’s a soak off formula which allows for easy removals. The formula also completely eliminates heat spikes which has made my clients experience with gel much more comfortable.
